About Bonita Keay | Handmade Jewellery and Craft Workshops

This is me, I'm Bonita Keay the creator. I am the designer, maker, photographer, marketer, seller, web designer, packer, workshop facilitator, planner....

Making is part of who I am! I starting my journey selling handmade in 2007 when my children were small. I was working evenings and wanted to make a little extra money to ensure that I could stay at home with them.

I make Crystal Jewellery as well as fashion and home accessories, designed to last and be enjoyed for many years. My items are mindfully made and I aim to bring happiness and wellbeing with every item that I make/sell.

My components where possible are sourced from small independent and always UK based companies. Striving to make my products as ethical and sustainable as is possible. From choosing suppliers that have a similar ethos to recycling anything and everything. Some say I'm a hoarder but I like to think of it as recycling.

As a child I always wanted to be a fashion designer and I suppose being a designer maker I am now living that dream.

You can also find me running craft workshops for both adults and children. It is so rewarding to share my knowledge with others and for everyone to leave with new skills. Being proud of what they have achieved, inspiring creativity and wellbeing.
