Wonderful Weaving - Make Monday Mindful - Cafe Dales - May
Mindful crafting on the first Monday of the month at cafe Dales, Narborough, 7-9pm.
Each month we will try a different craft, some workshops include a kit to carry on the crafting at home. Hot and Cold drinks as well as cakes are available to purchase. On the odd occasion staff may not be available alternative refreshments will be available free of charge.
Monday 11th May -
In this session you will create wonderful weavings with various materials - yarn, chunky yarn, roving, ribbon, fabric strips…. As well as a few alternative weaving techniques to add texture to your project. Make a weaved wall hanging, book mark, pouch, mat the choice is yours.
All materials will be provided including a wooden weaving loom set (with two sizes of loom!) to take home and use again and again.
